Toni Wolff's Dream Wedding is an instrumental jazz quartet
playing original music using the instruments of 60s jazz
with modern melodies of arty weird Converse All Star kids
who grew up on 80s new wave in the Midwest.
We tell stories. We don't use words.
The best you get is a title. Clever girl.
Our most recent record "Manic Pixie" was released December 6, 2024.
We recorded it before the plague hit when Danny worked at a church.
We bribed the sound fellas Sean and Joe with three crisp bills
so we could sneak in and use the grand piano.
School teachers and jazz musicians, I tell you what.
Can't be trusted.
All the songs are about being a girl or
being misunderstood. There were signs.
Danny Choma - drums
Nick Gaudette - upright bass
Mike Vasich - piano
Evan Bierer - tenor sax
You can email me for a copy of the record or go to our bandcamp.

I have made solo records DIY in different basements for a long time.
I ended up making three records over the years. The first two were
released on cassette tape under my dead name.
This last one was just released
with a zine. It is called "Waking Up on the Green Line." i will
put it on the internet at one point, but i might just pass it around
as a zine at shows instead. what even is the internet.
it is a very eggy record. it's really good, albeit a bit deranged.
don't worry, i'm doing a lot better now.
"Waking Up on the Green Line" is the last solo record I want to make
by myself. Like third/sister lovers if alex chilton was figuring out
they were ada rook.
I still play music, but I'm more focused on playing music with other
people now that the cat's out of the bag on the whole
danny's a girl thing. it's not really as appealing to be
lonely now that i like being alive.
